anything for the old days,
anything to have my old friend back,
6 years strong,
i great future on the horizon,
but that's where i was wrong,
for little did we know,
we were both drifting into completely different oceans
...
as time went by,
i saw a new you,
a different you,
an ugly you,
not by looks,
for your beauty is everlasting,
but your heart wanted more,
and suddenly i wasn't enough
...
even when we know what's coming,
we will never be prepared for the pain which follows.

we still have each other's backs,
