To Myself and To The World

It's really fucking annoying when your family continues to give so much to someone that doesn't take care of her own child, won't get help for her drug addiction, constantly steals from the family and causes nothing but chaos. You're tossed to the side, your needs are tossed to the side for someone like that. It's ridiculous, I've been taking care of my nephew for almost 5 years now, put my life on hold to take care of him. Now don't get me wrong, I love my nephew to death, he's my world but when you're forced to take care of a child you didn't create, at the age of 13 it's ridiculous. I'm now 18, finally am in a relationship and still can't get a job because I'm still taking care of my nephew. I'm still in high school because I was forced to put my schooling on hold to care for him as well. It gets to be too much and I'm fed up entirely. I want to get a job and just move out but my family is also abusive and as soon as I move out, everything that's out on me will be out on my brother and eventually my nephew.
