I feel like everyone went to Vanya when they had problems. For example:

Luther: He went to Vanya whenever he needed a second opinion about something that the team couldn't agree on before a mission. She'd settle arguements between him and Deigo, often being the voice of reason

Deigo: He went to her when he was stumbling over his words. Instead of practicing in the mirror and picturing the word, he would practice on Vanya and she'd help him pronounce them

Allison: Went to her for allllll the gossip. Luther did something stupid? Vanya's first to know. Dad's pissed at Deigo again? You better bet Vanya's getting an earful

Klaus: Went to her when he couldn't sleep at night. He'd often get nightmares and when that happened he'd go to her room and they'd talk about it. She would often assure him everything was okay and he could control whatever it is

Five: Went to her when he felt like no one understood him. He'd always rant about time travel and no one else could get it but Vanya. They'd often talk science and the future together. They were the closest

Ben: Went to her for peace. Being an octopus horror man was terrifying for Ben so he went to Vanya to be reminded that he could be at peace with himself. Vanya and him would sit in silence and Ben enjoyed the solitude Vanya gave him
