Finally. Friday. The day of the trip. No more sulking kids in the hallway, no more grubby cafeteria food, no more kids blocking my locker, for a whole weekend. Finally, we get to get away from all this.
Then I remembered..I'm partnered with Hayden. Why couldn't it be Brynn, or Annie? Why are boys and girls even allowed to share a cabin. This is so aggravating!

Brynn was always something else, I laughed to myself. "You ready Kenzie?" I turned to see my sister in the doorway. "Yeah"
"Don't go getting pregnant this weekend. Mom would kill you"
"That's if mom ever bothers to show her face again"

"I'm joking. I'm not going to get pregnant Maddie. Chill"
"Yeah, that's what I thought"
"Now if you would excuse me, I have to change"
"Right" she backed up from the doorway and left. I closed my door and started looking for something to wear.
My phone started ringing.

"You ready?"
"Everyone is asking me that, it's so weird"
"Oh I'm sorry"
"No, you don't have to be sorry"
"Okay. Well what are you doing?"
"Looking for something to wear"

"Thank you. But Brynn will be here in about two minutes now, so I have to change"

I put my phone down and picked out the first thing I saw, not caring anymore since Brynn would be here any second.
