Angelica sat at home reading her children Pride and Prejudice in her dramatic reading, for it reminded her of a happier time

"Elizabeth Bennet, had been obliged, by the scarcity of gentlemen, to sit down for two dances; Mr. Darcy had been—"

Eliza burst through the door unannounced

"Angelica, have you heard the news?!" Eliza yelled

Angelica dropped her book, causing the children to jump

"I'm sure I haven't, why?" Angelica glared at her

"It's about who your husband voted for!" Eliza seemed distressed

"Eliza, I'm sure it's fine."

"Downtown, downtown, Burr's about to start a fight in New York!" Eliza shook Angelica's shoulders

Eliza handed Angelica a newspaper, "New York; vice-President...Burr!" Angelica gasped

"Alexander voted against him!" Eliza shouted

"Eliza, shush, we have to run!" Angelica grabbed little Eliza II and ran out the door

"Your husband voted for Thomas!" Eliza held

"Thomas?!" Angelica shouted "Alexander better hide!"

"Why?" Eliza inquired

"I've gotta stop a homicide!" Angelica opened the door and ran towards the square

"Oh!" Eliza ran after her, running out of breath

"Look around, look around we've gotta find my husband down in New York!" Angelica whipped her head around frantically, her hair slapping her in the face

"New York! Vice-President..." They sang together

"Burr! Your grievance is legitimate, I stand by what I said every bit of it. You stand only for yourself, it's what you do and I can't apologize because it's true—" Alexander explained, pettily

"Then stand, Alexander. Weehawken. Dawn. Guns. Drawn." Aaron grabbed Alexander's coat in a tight fist

"You're on."

"I have the honor to be your obedient servant." They said

"A. Ham" Alexander glared

"A.—" Aaron was interrupted

"Burr! Alexander! Thank goodness you're here. I've been looking for you everywhere!" Angelica said hastily

"Mr. Burr, how are you? How is Theodosia Jr?" Eliza made small talk with Burr

"She's doing alright. She's still upset about her mother, as am I..." Burr sighed

"Send our condolences, and tell little Theodosia she is welcome in our home at any time." Angelica smiled sorrowfully

"Ours as well." Eliza concurred

"I will. A pray the lord bring you good fortune, Mrs. Seabury. And good luck with your husband, Angelica." Burr glared at Alexander

"Now hold on—!" Alexander tried to interject

"I will, and I bid you the same luck with your daughter." Angelica smiled as she squeezed Alexander's arm with her nails

Burr walked away, leaving Angelica to deal with her husband. The couple started walking home with the children running ahead with Auntie Eliza

"What the Hell is wrong with you, Alexander Hamilton?!" She growled under her breath

"Angel, please, he needed to be put into his place! I can't have him humiliating me in the public eye, it's shameful!" Alexander tried to explain

"Well it's not like you released a very explicit pamphlet detailing you affair with Ms. Reynolds and releasing it to the public. As if that's not humiliating or shameful, for every party involved, including your family, Ms. Reynolds, and me." Angelica said sweetly

"I thought we had put this behind us..." Alexander looked away in shame

"Oh no, we put it behind us, and I will die mad about it. But we should also put this rivalry, or friendship or whatever it is, behind us as well. You will most likely die mad about this, but at least it is not ongoing." Angelica said

He scoffed and tried to walk faster with Eliza, Angelica gripped his arm tighter

"Alexander, I'm sorry. I just got you back and I couldn't bear to lose you again. I don't want anything bad to happen to you...if-if you're considering doing anything with Burr or d-dueling...please don't. I can't lose you and neither can our children." Angelica held back her tears, hoping that she changed Alexander's mind about going towards his impending doom

"Angelica...I-Ok. Fine. I promise. I'll end my rivalry with Burr. It'll be a challenge, but I promise I won't leave you. Remember what I said to you?" Alexander smiled

"Yes..." Angelica said happily

They kissed in the middle of the street, neither of them caring who watched and who didn't

"I will never let you go, my dearest Angelica."
