Jaune was looking around the cabin and to the couch where it was blood-stained, he shook it off and headed for his bedroom. Inside was Ember lying in her crib and sleeping soundly, Jaune loved his daughter, she was the best thing to happen to him, but maybe even the Best thing to happen to Cinder.

After Yang had left him, Jaune was a bit distraught, he didn't know what he was doing anymore at the time, but he decided to focus on being a hunter, he was what's known as a Wanted, a Hunter that proved themselves through trial and not schooling. Later he came across Cinder and Neo, they were looking for more secrets about what Salem had left behind before her death, Jaune was still not too fond of seeing Cinder, Neo was ok in his book, but Neo then offered him to join them and stop any of Salems followers from causing war, Tyrian and Watts were still out there and trying to finish what Salem had started. Jaune was hesitant at first but decided to work with them, after all, he didn't want another Cold war happening. He traveled with them and found Cinder to be a little interesting when he worked with her, there was something he wanted to know about her, and it bugged him.

The two eventually got close and had sex at one point. They had sex many times on the trip, at one point getting caught by Neo and then one time in the Grimm Lands. Jaune knew things were still uneasy between them but Maybe that was how it would be, that was until Jaune found out Cinder was pregnant with his kid and Jaune was overjoyed! Cinder was happy as well and the two decided to have the baby in Atlas and then have a normal life, but it never happened as they wanted it to... Two weeks after the birth of their daughter, Tyrian found them and attacked the two, Jaune cut the bastards hand and two fingers off but escaped and he had cut Cinder in her chest with a poisoned blade, it caused her to bleed out more and Jaune was trying his best to heal her but he couldn't, and she died three days later. Jaune shook his head, not wanting to remember that memory and move on, but he knew that Tyrian would be back, so he had no choice but to leave the cabin and head for Argus, where his sister was living with her wife and their son, so he would leave Ember there until he killed Tyrian and Watts. So he picked up Ember, Wrapped her something warm and headed for the nearest town...

Team RWBY with Ren and Nora had just made it in Argus and were heading for Saffrons house,

"Do you think he'll be here?" asked Ren

"he has to be, its the only place he could be!" Ruby cried

she knocked on the door, after a few Seconds Terra opened the door to see them

"Ruby!" she said

Ruby waved and Terra looked back into the house

"Saffron! Ruby and her friends are here!" Terra yelled

Saphron appeared and walked to them

"hey you guys! Come in!" saffron told them

they all walked in, they all walked into the living room to see their son playing with a little baby girl,

"you guys have another kid! So cute! What's her name?" Nora asked

Terra froze as did Saffron but they were also had confused looks on their faces,

"she's not our kid..." Saffron said

"oh! Then who's is she?" Nora asked

they still looked confused "you guys really don't know?" Saphron said and they began to be confused as well

"know what?" Blake asked,

"that little girl is Jaunes Daughter..." Saphron said

the room was shocked, then there was a shattering sound behind them, they all looked at saw Yang frozen and dropped to the ground

"Jaune has a... A daughter...." she said with a broken tone.

They all sat around the room and Yang on the floor watching Ember crawl around the floor

"so Jaune hasn't spoken to you guy all these years? Why?" saffron asked

"we don't know... But we also have something important to tell you..." Ruby said and Saphron was looking at her with worry "Ember is not the only Kid Jaune has... Jaune has a son... Jason...." Ruby said

Saphron was about to say something but Yang had stopped her

"he didn't know Jason was born, he doesn't even know he exists... Because I left Jaune when I found out..." yang said

the room was silent. Then Ember crawled to Yang and wanted to be picked up, Yang was about to pick her up but stopped

"is... Is it ok for me to..." she said with a sad voice and

"its ok Yang... Her mother won't mind..." Saphron said

Yang picked up Ember and held her she then began to cry silently. Yang had felt bad, Jaune now had a daughter and most likely a loving wife

"she could use a mother figure Yang... Her mother... Isn't with us anymore" Saphron said

Yang was confused "what do you mean? Wheres her mother?" Yang asked

"shes... Dead" Saphron told them

Ren asked the question "who is her mother anyway?" Ren asked

"Jaune told us it was a old... Friend? He worded it weird but told us that Ember's mothers name was Cinder Fall" Saphron said

everyone was in shock. Jaune and Cinder had a kid? It was unbelievable!

"Wheres Jaune!? Is he coming back!?" Yang asked with a worried tone

"no, Jaune said he needed to look for someone... And that they were going to hurt Ember and him unless he stopped them" Saphron told them

"who is he looking for?" Weiss asked,

"two people actually, two men named Watts and Tyrian I think?" Terra told them

"when did he leave!?" Yang asked

"he left four days ago, said he was heading up to a town called Griffin just east of here," Terra said

"thanks! Guys we need to help him!" Ruby said

they were all grabbing their gear but noticed Yang was not getting up,

"yang?" Blake asked

Yang looked to them "can we stay here a little longer? I don't.... Wanna leave Ember alone...." Yang said with tears falling,

Ruby looked to her sister, "yeah... We can stay for the night sis..." Ruby said

Yang thanked her and held Ember tighter... Ruby needed to talk with her sister, but not right now... Maybe that night would be better...
