How to have a healthy lifestyle,basically I wanted to write this special chapter cause I wanted all of you guys to have a healthy lifestyle. If you dont know what is my health status, I actually have a stage one lung cancer. So please read this special chapter. Its for your own health.

Everyday you should drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration. It also keeps our body refreshed. Maintain personal hygene. We have to take a bath everyday so we can keep our selves clean.

Excersise daily. We should keep a fitness test checklist so that we would know what excersises we will do. Eat healthy foods. We should eat foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals.

Those are basically the basics of having a healthy life style. You can surf on the internet about how to have a healthy lifestyle. Thanks for reading this. I hope you will use this tips. Thanks!!
