This idea came from an amazing story in progress from my friend DuchesofHappiness on Quotev

It was hard trying to be a mother. I am 30 years old and getting ready to marry Enji Todoroki. He had ended his marriage with Rei by getting a divorce.
We met one day while I was grocery shopping. I was carrying my groceries home when I was pushed to the ground. I dropped my groceries and got up. I was grabbed roughly and pinned against the alleyway wall. I struggled to break free but the grip on me was too hard. I felt cool metal press onto my neck and knew that the assaulter had a knife to my throat. I ceased all movements and stood there in fear.

The man holding me spoke in a low voice. "Give me all of your money! I need it! If you don't then your life is over!"

I winced at his tone of voice and begged to be saved. I thought all hope was lost until I saw a burst of red. I noticed that they were flames. I felt the hold of me release and looked up. The man who attacked me was being beat up by the number 2 pro hero Endeavor. Still in shock, I stood there watching. He finished up apprehending the culprit and turning him into the police. He turned towards me and started walking closer. I froze in fear but allowed him.

He spoke in a deep and gruff voice. "Are you okay?" He asked simply. I nodded and looked towards my groceries scattered on the ground. I bent down and started picking them up when a hand helped me.

I nodded my thanks and headed home. I noticed that Endeavor was still following me.

"Why are you still following me? I can handle myself." I pointed out. He grunted but didn't do anything. He continued following me until I got home. He pulled out a piece of paper and scribbled something on it before handing it to me and walking off.

I held it in my hands and looked to see a phone number written on it.

There was no doubt about it, once I got home it was clear what the decision had to be, no matter what I wanted.

We progressed from there. He told me about Rei and I told him that I didn't care. I could see that he was trying to change, yet, something felt off. He filed a divorce with her and here we are.

Enji never had time to pack a lunch for work so I decided to make one. I prepared a nice bento and waited for him to come downstairs. He came down and greeted me. Shouto and Fuyumi were at the table as well. Shouto glared at me as Enji gave me a kiss on the cheek before grabbing the bento and leaving.

"Shouto would you like me to make you a bento for lunch?" I asked kindly. I hoped that he would say yes and we could finally get to bond. As long as I got together with Enji, Shouto hated me. I understand because of his father's rough actions with him as a child and that I seemed to replace Rei but he didn't have to be like this.

"No. I'll buy lunch." He grumbled before heading to school.

I looked sadly at Fuyumi and she sighed. "He will come around eventually. You just have to be patient." She reassured.

I smiled slightly and spoke. "I wouldn't suppose that you would like me to make you a bento?" I asked. She shook her head.

I went to go clean up but saw a pile of something on the table. Moving closer, I noticed that it was Shouto's lunch money. I sighed before deciding to give it to him.

I leisurely walked to UA. When I got there I was stopped by the gates. I talked to the security guard who nodded and let me in. I made my way down the halls looking for the right classroom. Spotting one that said 1-A, I knocked on the door. There was silence before it was slowly opened. There stood my best friend, he would never admit it, Shota Aizawa. He glanced at me questioningly before stepping aside to let me enter.

"Sorry to interrupt but I needed to drop of some lunch money for my son." I said calmly. The class's reaction was anything but calm.

"She has a son?!"

"She's so young?!"

I felt eyes piercing into me and I looked around. Spotting heterochromatic eyes, I walked towards them before stopping. Bending down, I handed Shouto the money. "Next time remember to grab it off of the table before you leave." I scolded before standing up and heading towards the door. Before leaving, I bowed politely.

"Shouto? Todoroki, that's your mom?! She's so young!" I heard.

Shouto glared at me before speaking up. "No. She is not my mom and she never will be." His words stabbed into my heart and I shrunk. I opened the door before quickly exiting.

I headed home to do more housework and reflect on how to earn Shouto's trust.
