𝑰𝑻𝑾𝑨𝑺𝑵'𝑻𝑼𝑵𝑻𝑰𝑳𝑻𝑯𝑬𝑵𝑬𝑿𝑻𝑴𝑶𝑹𝑵𝑰𝑵𝑮 Alice finally woke up. Carina was at her side immediately, "Hey how do you feel?" Alice rubbed her eyes with the heel of her hand. "Like someone ran me over." She laughed at this, before moving forward to hug her friend tightly. "I'm so glad you're ok." "It'll take more than a vampire bite to kill me." Carina pulled away and grinned, "Oh don't worry I know. Listen, I emailed the boss telling him you can't go to work today." Alice's mouth dropped open, "No Carina you didn't!" She shrugged innocently, "You are in no state to be working!" "I'm completely healed up thanks very much!" Carina rolled her eyes before lightly shoving her. Alice scoffed at her before shoving her back. She fell off the bed in an ungraceful heap, Alice squealed in laughter. A light knock at the door interrupted their giggle fest. The girls exchanged glances, "It's probably only Christopher coming to check up on me." Alice said reassuringly, Carina nodded, not quite convinced. Both women got up and made their way to the door, she opened it and inhaled sharply at the sight of the British vampire from the night before. "What are you doing here?" She pushed Alice back from the door, glaring at the vampire. "Well I'm here to collect a debt love." "We didn't even make a deal you creep!" Klaus rolled his eyes, "I help you, you help me, thats how it works." She shook her head defiantly, "No, you said you didn't mean us any harm, you swore--" She stepped out of the safety of the doorway when he cut her off, "I don't mean you any harm, I only wish for a word." He grabbed her shoulder forcefully, causing her to take a step to the right and for Alice to come out of the doorway and shout, "Don't touch her you sick lunatic!" She shoved Klaus bravely away. "No Alice don't!" She pushed her friend out of Klaus's frightening gaze and stood dangerously close to him. "What do you really want?" "I'm glad you asked love, let's chat." He then grabbed her arm and whisked her away.
