Phasma: I have to go with my general because he is the leader. (Although I think Thrawn would aid the First Order much better. Don't tell Hux I said that.)

Phasma: Bounty hunter. I'm good at tracking people down and disposing of them.

Phasma: Not much since he's dead now. Kylo seems infatuated with him though.

Phasma: I made it off the Emperor's crashed yacht.

Phasma: I can always use another helper in the training center. As long as you pass the First Order drills and tests, you're hired.
