Colton West spent a year in prison, and when he returned to his small town to go back to high school for his senior year, it was no surprise that everyone retreated to the opposite side of the hall when he entered.

Julia O'Connell heard the rumors, and hell, tried her best to ignore them. But it's hard to do so when you hear someone be described as heartless and cruel when you remember how they could be exactly the opposite.

But those feelings are quickly forced aside, seeing as though Julia will always recall how cold Colton became when they were freshmen in high school, and doesn't think different of his presence.

Until an unfortunate circumstance arises, and Julia has no choice but to ask for the delinquents help.
