Miller sighed, bringing the attention of Reed and Nines to himself. "Well, either way, you two should wrap up here so we can get back to the precinct."

Detective Reed was silent on their walk back to the precinct and Nines knew better than to try and get him talking, it would only piss him off. Once they got inside, they followed Officer Miller to the C.o.P.'s office. Chief Morgan Porter sat at her desk, a stack of folders overflowing with paper work teetered dangerously on the corner. She glanced up at the android and detective as they came through the glass door to her office. She put her pen down and sat back in her chair.

"Good morning Detective Reed. Nines." said the Chief, nodding at each respectively. "You've just left from the High Tree Lonz crime scene, right?" Reed nodded, looking exceedingly grumpy. Nines stood stoically by his side. Chief Porter stood up, placing her hands on the desktop.
