My phone started going off. I've been running for four hours and it started raining two hours ago. Beckett is so going to kill me for not being in for curfew. I called Markus knowing he'll be the calmest out of all the other boys. "Hello," he said, "Alessa."

"Yeah it's me," I mumbled, "can you come pick me up in Janesville, New Jersey."

"What in the world are you doing there?" he asked.

"Could you just come pick me up at the James' Supermarket there? I'll explain on the way home."

"Sure, but you better tell me the true explanation or I'll have Colton come and get you."

"Okay fine. I will."

It took Markus 30 minutes to get here. He must've been speeding because it's normally an hour drive. "Get in," he yelled rolling down the window, "and start explaining."

"I will if you have a blanket," I replied.

He threw a blanket at me and I started explaining to him what happened. Once I got to the part that I ran to Janesville he pulled the car over. "Are you saying you ran all the way to Janesville without stopping to get a drink or anything?" he interrupted.

"Yes," I replied, "I ran all the way there without stopping. I didn't realize I did though."

He looked over at me like I was a crazy person. "Janesville is a three hour run from Workford," he informed, "your brother is so going to kill you."

"I understand that," I mumbled as we pulled into the driveway.

Beckett came running the house and engulfed me in a hug. The others weren't that far behind him. Colton stared at me with anger in his eyes. "Alessa Jane Nealen, were the hell have you bee?" Beckett demanded.

"I ran to Janesville," I mumbled.

Beckett stared at me with disbelief. "How did you run 60 miles without looking like you are out of breath," Colton asked.

"I don't know," I replied, "I just need to run and be free."

"Alessa, we need to take you to the doctor," Zake informed.

I looked at him and my eyes widen when he said that. They all started to slowly surround me knowing that I'll run. "Why?" I whined I looked at him with puppy dog eyes. I could easily when Zake over with puppy dog eyes because that was his soft spot. "Zake, why do I have to go to the doctor?"

"Zake don't look at her," Markus yelled but it was already to late because he let his guard down.

"She doesn't have to go if she don't want to," Zake told them. He came over and pulled me close. When no one could see I smirked. No way they'll be getting me to the doctor's office this time. Last time they made a big mistake in letting Zake help and they did it again. Those idiots are so easily fooled. "Sorry, but you are going now," Zake whispered into my ear, "you didn't convince me this time to take your side."

"What?!?" I exclaimed as Colton came over and picked me up, "You guys just hate me don't you."

"We don't hate you," Jake insured, "we just love you too much that we don't want you too be hurt. And going to the doctor's office will help insure us that you aren't hurt."

"But you are going to be hurting me by taking me there," I complained, "you all know that doctors freak me out."

"Well not the doctors in Careford," Beckett sang, "you aren't scared of them."

"Wait how do you know about Careford?" I questioned, "and how do you plan on getting there?"

"Well we are going to travel with some of you DC friends," Markus informed, "and Grygh told us everything. You're friends Devin, Derik, and Grygh are traveling us along with you."

"Ummm," I muttered, "Okay?"

Just then Derik, Devin, and Grygh popped out of now where. I grabbed onto Beckett since he would be easier to travel with then any of the other boys. "Are you ready to go to Careford?" Devin asked.
