"Hmmm... your class seems like a happy little bunch." Junko said as she looked through various class photos while Mikan massaged her leg and Ryota uncomfortably watched as he continued to work on his anime.

"Yes... it's because Ms. Yukizome is so great to us... and Chiaki too..." Mikan said. The picture Junko was currently looking at was of Ibuki excitedly putting her arms around the shoulders of Mikan, who looked surprised and was on the verge of tears, and Chiaki, who was giving a slightly awkward smile, while you just gave a peace sign despite looking rather bored... and then the next one appeared to be taken a few seconds later as the former three girls got unintentionally(?) knocked to the floor as Nagito tried to give you a hug, but you were in the midst of pushing him away with a complete look of disgust. Junko smirked at the picture.

"How interesting..." Junko said.

Meanwhile, you continued looking out at the angry mob. Well, more specifically, "parade" as Peko had put it.

"Is that really how they're going to try and sweep this under the rug?" You asked.

"Apparently... doesn't change the fact that it's fucking bonkers..." Fuyuhiko said. You sighed as Ms. Yukizome walked in. She told you not to worry about the riot but that was easier said than done.

"Ms. Yukizome? Do you know if Hajime is among them?" Chiaki asked. You raised an eyebrow at her. Was her biggest hope for this guy really that he was among a group of rioters? If so, you really needed to know what was so special about this guy.

"I... I don't know..." Ms. Yukizome said. Chiaki looked down sadly upon hearing this.

Later, as Nagito walked back to school (he would've ran but once again, he hated doing so), he thought about what he would say to you. Would he even see you? His fear that you had been kidnapped never really went away. Sure, you had texted him awhile ago, but someone could easily pretend to be you to throw him off.

He looked up and saw Mikan. He was about to approach her and ask if everything was alright, but she didn't even appear to notice him as she turned a corner and vanished from his sight. Oh well. She didn't appear to be worried or anything, so you were most likely fine. That brought him comfort.

Nagito took one last deep breath as he stood in front of the classroom door. He should try being more optimistic. Maybe there was an extremely small chance you missed him and would be happy to see him. With that in mind, he opened the door with a smile.

"Hey, you're back! What took you so long, pig barf?" Hiyoko said. Wow. He didn't think he'd actually be right about someone missing him.

"I'm back, everyone." Nagito said as he walked in. Everyone's expressions saddened almost immediately.

"I got some souvenirs while I was overseas. Do you want to see-" Nagito was about to reach into his pocket and show one of his souvenirs, but what he heard next made him freeze mid-step.

"...Hi, Nagito." You said. He looked at you in shock. You had your fists clenched and your eyes squeezed shut as though you were anticipating something bad to happen. Tears of joy formed in his eyes as a smile slowly etched its way onto his face. Suddenly, he pulled you out of your chair and held you tightly in a hug.

"Oh, (Name)! I'm so glad you're okay! And not only that, but you didn't forget that I exist! You deserve better, but I keep finding new reasons to fall in love with you!" Nagito said as you struggled in his arms.

"I'm just doing what I was told, now let me go!" You yelled.

"Hold on... none of you laid a hand on her while I was gone, right?" Nagito asked, suddenly turning deathly serious. Everyone quickly shook their heads. Nagito chuckled.
