Hoseok's POV
I walked into the restaurant. I checked my watch. 11:42. I hope they won't mind that I'm late. I laughed as I saw Jin aggressively waving me over while Namjoon was obviously embarrassed. I walked over and sat down across the booth from them.
"Hey you two," I cheerfully said.
"I missed you!" Jin called.
"So did I," Joon added.
"Sorry I'm late, guys," Tae said walking up and sitting next to me.
I chuckled. "Don't worry, I was late too."
Tae smiled. "I'm glad. But, it's nice to have the whole group back together."
"Yeah," I sighed.
"What?" Joon asked.
"Well, Yoongi and Jimin aren't here. I miss them," I said.
Jin smiled. "Joon and I just sold them a beach house."
"Really?" Tae questioned. "Dude, that's awesome!"
"I wish they could've come," Joon sighed.
I smiled. "I was planning to go see them soon."
"That sounds fun," Tae added.
"You guys should come, too!" I enthusiastically said.
"We can't," Jin said.
"Too busy," Joon finished.
Tae sighed. "It's been so long but . . . I don't think I'd be able to handle seeing Jimin without Jungkook."
I put my hand on his back and slowly rubbed it. Tears started to well up in his eyes. "It's okay, Tae. Jungkook and Jimin are both happy now."
Tae forced a smile. "Yeah, yeah. Let's just focus on lunch!"
