Jimin's POV (a few months later)

"I'm gonna seriously doubt this is coming as a shock to you Tae, but will yo-"

"Yes," Tae cut me off.

I chuckled. "I didn't even finish my sentence."

Tae sighed. "I don't care. I've spent too many years just trying to handle loosing Jungkook. He was the . . . friend I never knew I needed. It was selfish to distance myself from you just because I couldn't get over him. So, I don't care what it is. Yes. I'll do it."

Tears welled up in my eyes and I made a mental note to text Hoseok and Yoongi to tell them i was fine.

Tae pulled me into a big hug.

"I was gonna ask you to be my best man," I whispered.

Tae yanked away. "What?!? You guys are finally getting married!?!"

Tae was basically jumping up and down. I smiled.

"Well, technically, no. We can't legally get married, because, you know, there's three of us. But we're gonna have a ceremony and everything."

Tae chuckled slightly as tears started rolling down his face. I giggled.

"Careful, you might worry your soulmate!" I said.

Tae laughed. "I think my soulmate is too far gone at this point to worry about me anymore."
