Your phone vibrated against your dresser as your phone alarm went off. It was like..what? 9:30-ish? You grabbed your phone to see if your estimate was correct...and to turn off those damn alarms already.
It was actually 9 am. Nice. Steve most likely had stayed up last night to make your training regime, what a good mom he was. You dragged yourself out of bed and planted your feet onto the floor, and stretched out your limbs.
You stood up to make your bed, it was always messy when you woke up from all the rolling around you did every night. You walked into the bathroom and looked yourself in the face, splashing some cold water on it to wake you up. Your (h/c) hair was a mess, so you brushed it out and put it up. (or clipped it back depending on your hair length, where my short hair peeps at?)
Today would be eventful. You tried to plan things out in your head. Use the bathroom, go get breakfast, find Steve, talk to him about what kind of training he planned for you, put on something to workout in, train, talk to Wanda about what kind of mind training you could do, then shower and get ready to go to Midtown.
You were ‘low-key’ excited, but anyone could feel the excitement radiate off of you. Your stomach growled to remind you that breakfast was on the agenda. You used the bathroom as fast as you could and sped downstairs.
But..the kitchen was empty. Didn’t even smell like anyone had made breakfast at all today. Guess it’ll just be cereal or a nutrigrain bar for breakfast. You opened the fridge to see if there was something in there you could make. When grazing the shelves, you found a container with a note on it. You pulled it out and placed it on the kitchen island.
The note was a piece of printer paper folded over. On the top it said your name, you unfolded it and looked at who it was from. Steve.
Dear (Y/n),
I had to leave early this morning on a last minute mission. I know we were supposed talk about perfecting your training regime to become super strong, so I put a list of things you can do while I’m gone in your gym locker. I also made you some breakfast because I knew no one would. Have fun at your club and don’t workout too hard or else you’ll get sore! I should be back in at most a week, but I’ll be home sooner I’m sure.

Aww, he was so cute. Best mom you could ever have. You put the note aside and opened the container. It was eggs, hashbrown potatoes, and in a little sauce dish was an avocado spread for toast. Which was funny, because you had just told him about that trend that was going around.
You heated up all the food and made some toast. Honestly, the avocado toast wasn’t half bad to say the least. You drank the last of your water and went to talk to Wanda before working out. Might as well get it out of the way now you supposed.
Wanda herself was still in bed with her pajamas on watching TV. Only if that could be you right now. You sighed and flopped onto her bed.
“Waanndddaaa..”
“What is it child?” she asked taking a sip of coffee and placing it back down.
“I’m training to be an avenger. And you said something along the lines of me having the same capabilities as you. How can I train to unlock them?” you rolled over and looked at her.
