Y/N POV

I was doing my homework, while Jimin was laying on the bed watching his phone. Today the weather wasn't  so great. It's was going to rain in the night. Rain with thunderstorms.

I'm hate rain with thunder.

Suddenly, I got a phone call from my dad. I quickly grabbing my phone from the side, then tapping on the green accept sign.

Y/N:
"Hello? Dad, how is everything? Are u guys okay?"

I bombarded my father with a lot of questions. But, his voice sounded raspy, as he was crying for hours.

Dad:
"*sniffle* H-Hello, sweetheart."

Y/N:
"Dad, are u guys okay? Where is mom? Is she okay?"

My eyebrows knotted together, the uneasiness growing inside my chest made me want to puke.

Dad:
"Y-your m-mother..." he took a deep breath before speaking again. Sniffing noises can be heard on the other side.

Dad:
"Today morning, she left the hotel to get something for us to eat from the nearest store. I was waiting but she took so long, so I went after her, but I couldn't find her near the stores. I  crossed the street, just to see her laying on the ground with her pool of own blood. S-she got into a car
c-crash."

As I heard him talking about what happened to my mom, I couldn't hold my tears inside me. I imagined her, lying in the streets, lifeless, blood pouring out of her body, eyes closed. A terrible sight kept flashing in my mind, making my breathing unsteady.

Y/N:
*panting while a river of tears flowed out of my eyes*

Jimin, getting scared of how I was behaving, quickly came to my side.

Jimin:
"Y/N what happened? Are you alright? If someone hurt you, I'll get revenge!"

With a shaking hands, I brought my phone against my ears again.

Y/N:
"D-dad, she is n-not dead r-right?"

Dad:
"She is alive, but in a bad condition. I thought I'd have to tell you everything without hiding it, or else it will make everything worse."

I burst out into tears again.

Y/N:
"Dad, I'm coming by the next flight."

At the moment, I almost made up my decision, Jimin's eyes widened in shock.

Dad:
"No Y/N. You can't leave Jimin alone. His parents and we promised each other, that you both will take care of each other while we are gone."

Y/N:
"I CAN'T JUST LEAVE MOM LIKE THAT!! WHAT IF SHE..SHE..sh-she ACTUALLY dies, and I'm not there in her final moments!"

Jimin kept quiet, gently patting my shoulder.

Dad:
"She'll be fine, darling. The doctors said that she'll wake up soon. I promise I'll call you when she does. Stay with Jimin for now."

Y/N:
"F-fine, but don't you dare break your promise."

Dad:
"As long as you stay by his side I won't break my promise, my daughter. Love you, bye."
