"Yes daddy?, what's going on?" Young Kara says to Eddie.
Emma come to the room and says, 'Kara, we got good news.'
"Mommy, what's wrong?" Young Kara asked.
"Our neighbor, Mary winchester, she is having a baby girl, her name is Mary Isla Winchester." Emma says.
Young Kara get surprise as Emma says, 'Let see Baby Isla Winchester.'
Young Kara smiles and follows Eddie and Emma.

"Kara?"
"Hey Kara, wake up"
Kara open her eyes and she see Mary, who is waking her up and Kara look at Mary.
"Mary, are you okay?' Kara says to Mary.
Mary look at Kara, confuse and says, 'Yes, why?'
"Just wondering." Kara says.
Mary nodded and says, 'Well, we have to go somewhere, but me and Dean see a scarecrow and its ugly.'
Kara nodded and put her hands to her head.

*FLASHBACK*
Young Kara is following young Dean and young Sam to see Mary Winchester.
"Guys, where are we going?' Young Kara says to young Dean and young Sam.
"To see our new baby sister." Young Dean says to young Kara.
Young Kara nodded and sit a chair to see Mary Isla Winchester. A little while, Young Kara hear a scream and young Sam and young Dean come to young Kara.
John come to the kids with a baby in his arms and says, 'Sam, Dean, Kara, say hello to your sister and friend.'
Young Kara look at the baby and says, 'What's her name?'
