Birthday Surprise - Dominic Sherwood

You are a huge Shadow Hunters fan. But you've been a Dominic Sherwood stan even longer; since Vampire Academy. He played a lead role as Christian Ozera. You loved it a lot, and now when Shadow Hunters came out... Dom plays Jace Wayland (or Herondale whatever) in it and he's amazing.

You've always wanted to meet him, but you haven't had a chance. He had helped you to go through hard times. He has also become close to you, but it's one sided... You get excited whenever you see his face somewhere or just hear his voice.
Especially it was nice surprise when you were watching Modern Family and he was there. It was season 7 episode 21, Crazy Train.

And then there's Taylor Swift's Style music video. You're not a huge Taylor Swift fan (if you are, sorry lol), but you're listening to that song, because it reminds you of Dom, though you usually watch the video at the same.

Like sometimes it feels like you run into him everywhere in the social media, but them at times you fans don't get any content for weeks.
Then all you can do is watch 'Dominic Sherwood Funny Moments' videos from YouTube and laugh your ass off at his panda performance. Seriously it's too funny to handle.

Well, now it's your birthday and you're excited, though you still have to go to work. Best way to start birthday, ain't it?
You work as (whatever is your dream job). You worked hard to get there and it was totally worth it.
You have very friendly co-workers and most of them are your good friends. They had told you, that they all will give you a gift and that's why you're excited to go to work.

You walk into the dark building. The lights were off. You look around, searching the switch with your gaze.
You spot it next to the front door.
You turn the lights on, and immediately all your co-workers jumped out of their hiding places and screamed in unison, "SURPRISE!"

You jumped a little bit, before you all bursted into laughter.
"Thank you, oh god, you scared me." You laughed as you hugged all your co-workers. You didn't expect this, but you love it.

"This is not all of it, though." Your best friend, who is also your co-worker said.
"You have cake too?!" You exclaim excitedly.
Everybody laughed at you.

"Yeah, that too." She said, before someone walked into the room, carrying a big cake. You couldn't see who it was, because the cake was in front of his face.
But when he put it down on the table and turned to look you with a sweet smile on his cute face, your jaw dropped.
You were staring at Dominic Anthony Sherwood in front of you in flesh.

A squeal left your lips, before you basically ran towards him.
He was barely able to open his arms before you crashed into him. You wrap your arms around his torso and hug him tightly.
He was just laughing as he hugged you back.
"Happy birthday!" He says amused.

You didn't want to let go of him. You just wanted to stay in that moment forever, however you had to pull away before it got too awkward for him. See, he doesn't know anything about you. Maybe your name? You're not even sure.

Eventually you could make out some words, too. "T- thanks. But w- what are you doing here?"
You felt like you were in a trance. You didn't ever, never, think that this would happen.
Did your co-workers arrange this somehow? Or is this just a silly dream?

"Well, someone, probably one of your friends here, contacted my agent and told him about this, that I could come here to surprise you on your birthday. Well, I accepted and here I am." He explained. You could do anything but be stunned and stare at his face and especially those beautiful eyes. Like his eyes are blue, but half of his left eye is brown, you know what I mean? What was it called? Sectoral heterochromia?

"Wow, this is amazing. I- I thought I would never even meet you, but now you're here and I don't know what to say." You say as you cover your mouth with your hands. Happy tears burned in your eyes, before few tears rolled down your cheek, until they came to touch with your fingers.

"Aw, don't cry." He chuckled, wrapping his arms around you again.
"I love you so much." You mumble against his chest.
"I love you, too." He says, like to all of his fans. But it feels good that he says the words to you.

Later you all gathered around one bigger table, talked and ate some cake. Sadly Dom had to left after about two hours when his agent called him.

"Thank you for coming here. It really means a lot to me." You say as you hugged him for goodbye.
"Of course. I hope we'll see each other again." He said and smiled then sweetly.
"I hope so too." You pull away from the hug.

Dom waved his hand, before he disappeared outside.
You hugged then everyone in the room and thanked them for the best day you've ever had.
You will never forget this day.
