Elizah Mikaelson has been extremely close with her siblings since they've become vampires. Now centuries later, she returns to Mystic Falls with her younger brother Klaus who is hellbent on breaking his hybrid curse. Elizah, wanting to keep a dagger out of her chest, agrees to help him by befriending the doppelgänger that is Elena Gilbert. Klaus' intentions to use Elena in the sacrifice are clear but Elizah's indifferences about helping her brother through with that plan, cause a chain of reactions.
