Benji stared at his phone blankly, hand pressed up against his cheek hopelessly while Mrs. Labella rambled on about some nonsensical bullshit. He'd found himself doing this many times— every notification, every annoying ding he usually muted, made him jolt with excitement.
All because of that stupid banana slut Jorge.
He hardly knew him, and God knew how fucking weird that kid was, but Benji wasn't able to get him out of his head.
It'd been a week since he last texted him after suddenly leaving during their conversation which kind of concerned Benji. Even with the little he knew about Jorge, that seemed really out of character. He tried not to let it bother him— but for some reason it did.
