Skype incoming call sound

Me: Hey Cam whats up ?
Cam: It's John, you have to come over to Washington.
Me: Har Har Cam very funny, quit playing man, John doesn't need me he has his little miss model.
Cam: Quit being a cunt and come here now, John's at the hospital.

The word hospital was the only thing I kept repeating in my head over and over again.

My mind says to stay and not make a fool out of myself but my heart is telling me go to him and be by his side.

3 Months Earlier

Wow, Washington you surprise me. Beautiful scenery, the different places to go to are marvelous, city lights are gorgeous!

Ring ring

Me: Hello ?
John: Hey it's me John, sorry I got a new number once I came to Washington.
Me: Oh, ok. What's up ?
John: Just wanted to know how's Washington is treating you ? And if you're on your way to the house.
Me: Washington is treating me good ! And yes I am on my way over to you guys, has Cam and bois arrived yet ?
John: Yea, they are here ! See u when you get here !

Me and John knew each other well practically since we were babies. Our mom's were best friends. Always did everything together. Took us both with them. That's how me and John became best friends. One horrible night had changed everything, my parents got into a car crash, I was still a kid probably 6 or 7. Had no other relatives, nor siblings to watch over me. Luckily my emergency care giver was John's mom. They took me in as one of their own. His mom never adopted me. She told me that she would never have the heart to replace my mom. But til this day I consider her as a second mom for taking good care of me. I love them both equally.

Me and John never really had a flawless best friend relationship, we always got into fights, yelling at each other, and even ignored each other. Those times were horrible. But we got through them and here we are.

Once I turned 18 I told John and his mom I'll be moving to Australia to "change" my life. It didn't work, still me ! But I've met some wonderful friends along the way !
