Strawberry hair
Sweetened lies
I am a little bit dizzy
Hope you don't mind
A reckless havoc
Never too easy to comprehend
Suddenly the world seems too chaotic
Deciding which way it ends.
I wish there was a way to shut it off
I wish there was a way to shut it down
I wonder why we don't always die
The day that we were born on.
You could say I've gone bitter
And if the ocean swallowed me
I might not be able to stay afloat
Because I feel like the fading rays of sunshine
That can not withstand the rainy dark skies
The soaking crumbled sheets of poetry
Did you know how fast they dry?(c) Ishita Singh 2019
