I walked out of the shower and put on a white sweatshirt, some black jeans, and black boots up to my knees. I left my hair down. I looked at the mirror to see scratches and bruises all over me. Maybe we’ll I was I pasted out for a week they hit me? I thought.
I decided to go to the hospital wing to see if Madam Pomfrey could heal the bruises and scratches.
I walked down the stairs past the great hall when I heard
“CAROLETT!!” I tried to turn around but was tackled with a hug to see Lily
”L-Lils a-a-air?” I coughed
“WHAT DID THEY DO TO YOU???” Lily fretted
“I was pasted out till earlier when I escape.” I explained she held my shoulders
“How could you be such an idiot?” Lily asked
“what?” I asked confused
“why didn’t you stay put? Why didn’t you let them protect you? I was so scared I didn’t know what to do!” Lily exclaimed hugging me
2 first years ran up to them
”we wanted to say thanks for what you did on the train.” One said
“we owe you our lives and we’re so sorry about what they did to you.” The other continued
“your very welcome, and it’s fine it’s just a couple of scratches.” I replied and they ran off to all their friends
“I'm going to the hospital wing.” I told Lily
”I'm coming with you.” She said holding my hand and we walked to the hospital wing. Madam Pomfrey quickly healed me and we left for the Great Hall to get dinner. I went to go sit at the Ravenclaw table. When someone covers my eyes
”WHAT THE HE—“ I began but was cut off by someone putting a silencing charm on me someone else put a charm on me so i was blinded. Someone grabbed my hands and put them behind my back so I started kicking. They put ropes around my legs and carried me outside.
They dropped me on the floor and let go of my hands untied my legs then undid the silencing charm.
”WHO ARE YOU WHAT DO YOU WANT??? IF ITS YOU STUPID DEATH EATERS AGAIN I’LL MURDER YOU!!” I screamed still blinded and was turned around and they unblinded me.
I looked to see Sirius, James, Remus, and Peter
”next time remind us to unblind you before we unsilent you.” James said
”also love the effort on trying to get away but save it till you are actually being taken so you don’t kick me again.” Sirius said
“Well why are we here I'm hungry!” I moaned
“turn around.” Remus said I turned around to see a picnic for 5.
“What is it for?” I asked
“For us, you don’t think we would let you out of our sights after that happened and also who wants to sit alone.” James said
“This is gonna be along year with 4 boys constantly with me.” I groaned
”that’s a nice picnic though let’s eat!” I said and my stomach growled and they started laughing as we sat down.
After a while Professor Mcgonagall came out and called me inside to speak with Professor Dumbledore
“see you guys later.” I told them and followed Mcgonagall to Dumbledores office. I walked in to see Snape.
“Ah Mrs.Evans—“ Dumbledore began
”WELL YOU SURE HAVE SOME NERVE COMING NEAR ME!” I roared at Snape and advanced at him
”MRS.EVANS!” Dumbledore said
“sorry.” I muttered
“Does this wand belong to you Mr.Snape?” Dumbledore asked He nodded
”so Ms.Evans how did you get your hands on Severus’s wand?” Dumbledore asked and Snape gulped
”well you see headmaster I woke up at the place I was taken by death eaters too and heard someone saying wake up worthless and I asked the man what and he smacked me and told me I will not disrespect him.i immediately recognized the male as Snape and I told him who says I have to? Then he pulled his wand out and I told him he wouldn’t do it and I grabbed his wand and used it to get here and fight off the other death eaters.” I explained
“I see.” He nodded giving Snape his wand back
“You are dismissed Mr.Snape.” Dumbledore nodded and turned to me
”tell me everything from when you stepped on the Hogwarts express a week ago till you stepped here earlier.” He said and I explained in detail what happened.
”thank you Ms.Evans and here’s your schedule.” He said handing me a price of parchment.
”You are dismissed” He said and I walked out and went to the Ravenclaw dorms and sat in my dorm reading Gryffindors Past.
I was reading Gryffindor's past when I saw that skamp wasn't in the dorm. I was almost done with he book and I had learned so much on myself but I put the book down anyway and went to go find him. I walked around for a while and found him sitting in the tree by the black lake.
Ugh! Did he pick that habit up from me? Whatever. I climbed the tree to and sat there for a while till I heard the marauders coming. They were picking on someone. I looked down and saw who it was. Snape. I mean he deserves it but hey he's still Lily's friend. I sat there for a while till they lifted him in the air.
A croud started to for quickly. I saw Lily coming and stop when when saw Severus or Snape. "Who wants me to pull his pants down" James said. I had just enough of this and was about to yell at them but Lily beat me to it. "Put him down Potter!" She said. "Only if you go on a date with me" he said. "Never in a million years" she said. "Hmm. Worth a try but whatever you say" he said dropping Snape. Lily ran over to him to help.
However when she got there he smacked her hand away. "I don't need help from a mudblood like you!" He spat at her. That's when I broke. I jumped down from the tree behind Snape making him freeze. I grabbed his ear and tugged him back. "What gives you the right to call my sister that!" I yelled. He got out of my grip and yelled at me "your just as bad as her you digracing liar"
That's when something inside me snapped and I slapped him very hard to where he fell on the ground. "Your the liar!" I yelled. I noticed Lily had run off and went after her. I found her going inside the Gryffindor common room. I'm thankful the Marauder's gave me the password. "Chocolate frogs" I said. The door opened and I ran to her dorm.
I opened her bedroom door to find her on her bed screaming and crying into her pillow. I sat on her bed and she leaped into my lap. I just sat there comforting her for a long time.
