Chapter 19: Coward

Pie is on her way to the dorm. Her professor of her last subject has a meeting that's why she decided to go back at the dorm early. She misses Kim already. How she wish that Kim will go home early.

"Oh Kim!. You're always on my mind." She murmured.

Smiling while thinking of Kim. She's happy being wit her. She loves taking care of her and Kim do the same. She can't ask for more.

Her daydreaming was interrupted when she heard her phone ringing. She checked who's calling. It's her mom.

"Hey mom! What's up? I miss you!"She answered.

"I miss you too honey! By the way, where are you? Do you still have class?" Her mom answered from the other line.

"Nah mom, i'm walking to my dorm now. My professor has a meeting, he can't make it to our class today. Why?" Pie replied, wondering.

"Oh great! Let's have dinner. I'm around the area for some business reason. You're okay with that?!" Her mom said.

"Sure mom! I'll just change my clothes and then we'll meet up. Just text me the place and i'll go there. Okay?" Pie answered.

"Okay honey, i'll text you later. Take care Pie! I love you!" Her mom said.

"I love you too Mom! See yah later! Ba-bye!" Pie answered and the call ended.

She took a bath immediately as she reach their room. She changed after she brush her teeth and applied a light make up after and look contented when she checked herself at the mirror. She smiled when she saw her pictures with Kim attached in their mirror. Those happy moments with her. Those happy and crazy days with her. She reach for Kim's picture and kissed it.

"You just don't know how happy i am now. Thank you for coming into my life baby!" She murmured and look at it for a while. After a while, she reach for her phone and type a message. She need to tell Kim about their dinner.

"Hey baby! Mom called me. We're going to have dinner together. Don't wait up for me. Just eat, Okay? See yah later! Love yah! Missing you already! :)"

And sent it to Kim. She checked for her bag, making sure that she didn't forget anything and leave.

"Hey mom! I miss you!" Pie said. Kissing her mom on her chick and hug her.

"I miss you too honey!" Her mom hugging her tightly. She misses her mom so much. She's always busy with their business and she got no choice but to accept it. She sat in front of her mom's after.

"So, how's everything?"She asked.

"Well, the business is doing good. Just a had a meeting but let's not talk about it. Okay?!"Her mom answered. Pie smiled at her and noticed that their are 3 plates on their table.

"We're waiting for someone mom?!" Pie asked, wondering.

"Oh yeah! P'van is coming over. I called him up so you guys can catch things up." Her mom replied.

"Mom?!!"Pie reacted. Her eyes widened and a bit irritated.

"What?! It's okay, right?! P'van is a good guy. We know their family. A good looking guy also. So what else do you ask for?!"Her mother insisted. Pie gently shook her head.
