Chapter 43: Confession

Pie's POV:

"Are you sure you don't want to sleep at the dorm with me?"

Kim asked. We are now outside of our house's gate for she insisted to drive me home after we ate dinner at Aunt In's.

"Mom, will be home early morning tomorrow baby. I need to be here. She will call later on our landline and I'm sure she will be mad if she found out. I mean, you know our situation. Right? We haven't talk about US yet. I hope you understand." I replied.

She smiled and gently kissed me.

"Ofcourse baby, i understand and I will always understand. It's just that i miss you."

I held her face and just stared at her.

"Kim?"

"Hmmm?" She kissed my hand which was on her face.

"I love you, okay? And I'm sorry if.....

"Shhhh.. baby, I understand. Trust me when I told you that I fully understand our situation now. I'll be right here.. okay? And I love you more Pie."

She hugged me tight to assure things she just said to me. I admit, I'm still scared. Mom will surely be mad if she found out that Kim and I are now back together but I know that I need to tell her about this. No matter what will her reaction will be. I need to do things right way now. I know. I need to fight of what Kim and I have.

"You go inside now. Okay? Just call or text me. I'll be waiting."

She said smiling and let go of me.

"Okay.. Goodnight Kim and drive safely okay?"

"Always.. baby.. don't worry."

She winked at me which made me rolled my eyes as an answer. Her eyes widened in surprise and that made me laugh.

"Do that again or else.....

She warned but I cut her off with a kiss which she responded immediately. I can't help but to feel giddy with her respond. She's too easy.

"What?" I teased and bit her lower lip after.

"Aughhhh... trust me, you better start moving now or else you will end up in my arms the whole night." She continued.

"Awwww! A'rayt!" I surrendered but still a smug on my face.

She just smiled and hug me tight again. It really feels good in her arms. I admit. This is one of the few reasons why I'm not holding back. Everythings feels right with her.

"Goodnight my love! See yah tomorrow."

I just nodded and wave as I watched her entered the car and slowly maneuvering the car on the road.

Knock.. knock... knock......

"Honey! Wake up. Let's eat our breakfast!"

My mom woke me up by shouting and knocking on my door. I checked my phone for the time. It's too early. We don't have classes anymore for the finals exam week is done already but we still have to go there for the results and some stuff. We still need to attend the student's ball tonight.

"Come on Pie. Get up now or you will eat a cold breakfast."

"Coming!" I shouted back.
