Chapter 2:

In Euphoria

"Hey, sorry I'm late." Wren said as he ran up to Azalea who was standing along with Ashley, Vile, Alden, Mika, Jack and May

"Ah no, it's fine." Azalea replied. She was wearing a baby pink flair maxi. She had her hair up in a loose bun.

Today was Violet and Alex's wedding. It was kind of arranged political marriage but they both liked each other, so it was fine.

"Did you found it?" May asked, "because I wasn't able to find them." She said.

"I can't believe you lost the wedding rings! The wedding is in fifteen minutes!" May scolded Alden

"I'm sorry, okay! They were in my hands and the next thing I knew was that, they were gone." Alden replied sincerely

"I searched all the tables. It's not there." Wren replied

"Violet's gonna be so heartbroken when she hears this." Ashley said

"Should we look one more time?" Vile asked

"This is hopeless. The guests are all here. Everyone is seated. You just had to lose the rings, didn't you?" Jack said

"Well it's not like you are any better. Alex gave the rings to you first, but since you almost dropped them. He gave them to me." Alden replied as he got tired of everyone blaming him. He puts one of his hand in his pocket and feels the rings inside. His eyes go wide open. He looks up at his friends who are worried and are still tying to figure out where the rings could have gone.

"Hey guys." Alden said as he smiled sheepishly

"What? What happened now?" Wren asked

"The rings, I found them. They are in my pockets." Alden said as he brought out the rings from his pockets

"You idiot!" May said as she quickly took the rings back from him, "I'm gonna go and give them to a more responsible person."

"Sorry." Alden replied

"Seriously Alden? You have to be a bit more responsible." Azalea said

"I'm sorry. I forgot I put them in here." Alden replied

"It's okay." Ashley said, "the good thing is that we have the rings back now."

"Oh look! Violet is here!" Jack said as they saw Violet in a beautiful wedding dress entering the aisle

"She looks so pretty!" Azalea said

"You know this year's biggest news has to be Violet's marriage." May said

"I don't think so. I still can't get over the fact that Calla is married." Azalea replied

"Yeah. Who knew that she'd fall in love with a guy and then end up getting married so quickly." Vile said

"Next it's my turn!" Ashley said as she showed her engagement ring

"Oh speaking of which, what is Violet doing?" Azalea said

"What is she waiting for? Why isn't she walking down the aisle?" Alden asked

"Why is she looking right at us?" Jack asked as he looked back at Violet

"Oh shit. She's waiting for us." Wren said

"Where are the bouquets? Remember, we had to go in pairs before her!" Azalea said as she quickly grabbed a bouquet and started walking down the aisle along Wren. Following them were Jack, May, Vile and Ashley.

"This is nice." Wren whispered in Azalea's ear

"Yeah. This wedding is nice. It's all according to Violet's plan." Azalea replied smilingly
