Chapter 3:

That night

Wren was walking with Azalea hand in hand and he was taking her back to Royal Branch Family's home. It was mandatory for the branch family to live there.

"I'm so happy for Violet. She looked so happy even though she was so nervous a few days ago." Azalea said

"Yeah." Wren replied

"Calla looks like she's really enjoying wedding life. That's good too. Although I wonder what's wrong in Utopia. Lark doesn't say anything. I just know they are having some problems. Do you have any idea what is going on there?" She asked

"I'm not really sure. There was a bombing incident recently and many other incidents are taking place." He said

"I see. Vile was going to go there last week, but he cancelled his plans." She said

"Yeah, we had to go investigate that illegal weapons smuggling case instead that is why he couldn't go." Wren said

"About that! Since you have taken over your father's company, are you gonna be spending more time in the city?" Azalea asked

"Yeah I will have to. Although I'm not sure where I'll live. Because I also have to start to teach at the training academy next year." He replied

"So are you going to shift there?" She asked

"I don't know. Let's see." He replied

"Hmm....well I'm gonna miss you..." She said as she squeezed his hand slightly as there was silence

"Let's get married then." Wren said abruptly which shocked Azalea

"Huh?" She said as they both stopped walking

"I'm not joking. I'm serious. I love you and I want to spend the rest of my life you. And that's all that matters to me. So what do you say? Wanna get married?" He said smilingly as he holds both her hands

Azalea was a bit shock because this was totally out of the blue. They never talked about getting married before so she didn't really know what to say.
"I-.." She is about to say something when suddenly they both hear someone call her name. They both turn to look at Aster running towards them.

"Lea! I'm so glad I found you!" She said as she hugged Azalea, making Wren release her hands.

"Aster...what are you doing here? I thought you said your boss wasn't letting you go." Azalea said

"I nagged that guy until he let me go." Aster replied smilingly as she looks at both. "What's wrong? You both are blushing."

"Er...nothing.." Azalea said as she glanced at Wren

"You missed the wedding." Wren said

"I know...but that old man wouldn't let me go! He was like do this and do that." Aster complained about his boss

"Did you buy a ticket to get here?" Wren asked. After the portals opened, they put a ticket system.

"Umm....no....there was such a long line! I wasn't waiting that long...so I made a portal by myself.." Aster replied

"Oh that's great! You're getting good at this!" Azalea said as Aster replied by saying Thanks.

"Don't praise her. She just did something illegal." Wren said

"Don't worry, I'll pay for it later on." Aster replied, "Now come on. Lets go!" She said as she started dragging Azalea. Aster stayed over at Azaleas when she came over.
"Bye!" She said to Wren as Azalea started waving at Wren and said, "Bye....I'll see you tomorrow."

Wren waved back to her as he started walking to his apartment.

The next morning

Azalea got a message from Amber saying she wanted to have an emergency meeting at her office. She quickly got ready and went to the office.
As she got there, she saw everyone already there except Violet and Jen. She saw Wren standing at the corner of the room and immediately remembered what he said last night.
"Umm...Hi.." she said as it got awkward between them. She still hadn't replied to him.

"Hey." He said as he smiled

"Okay so everyone's here?" Amber said as she looked around the room and finds Aster standing there.

"Umm...should i leave?" She said

"No. It's fine." Amber replied

"So what happened?" May asked

"Early morning today came an official request from the King of Utopia. He wants our help. As you all know there have been a lot of problems going on in Utopia. And those problems aren't small. The government doesn't have enough task force to help them. The city is not as beautiful and peaceful as you might have expected. It's full of crime and bad people. There are more number of criminals than there are normal civilians and task force members combined. They didn't ask for help before as they thought they would be able to manage it. But ever since the portals were officially opened, the crime rates have increased along with the number of criminals. They are in desperate need of our help." Amber explained

"What do they exactly need us for?" Mika asked

"To eliminate the main group that's been revolting." She replied

"So you want us, two teams, to go?" Vile asked

"Actually....they don't want too many members. They want to keep this mission stealth and as secretive as possible. They only requested for four members." She replied as they all looked at one another

"Although I got assigned to select someone myself, but I haven't done that. So I'll just ask you guys instead. Who wants to go?" Amber said as everyone raised their hands saying me.
"This is gonna be tough..." she said as she sighed

"Listen I didn't get to go to Melancholia last time, so i should go." Alden said

"Alden and Jack....about you two, I'm sorry but you two can't go." Amber said

"What? Why?!" They both said at once

"I'm sorry but you both have robotic arm and leg, which technically is a property of Euphoria. So you will have to get some documents made and signed before you're allowed to go to Utopia. And that will take some time. We need someone who's ready to leave tonight." Amber said as they both then went ah man. Not fair!

"Today? I can't go then. I have plans with my husband to go to the main city." Calla said

"And I have got my monthly checkup with the doctor." Mika said

"And I guess I'll stay behind too. Who knows what this guy will do if i leave him alone?" May said as she pointed at Jack

"May...you dont have to stay behind for me..." Jack said

"Really?" May said

"No. Thanks a lot!" Jack said as May punched his arm
"Ow...." he said

"Guess that leaves us four! Yay I'm so excited!" Ashley said as she pointed at herself, Vile, Azalea and Wren

"Yeah. We both didn't go to Melancholia last time." Vile said

"Can I come too?" Aster said

"I'm sorry, but this is an official Euphoria business. Besides you're off duty so enjoy your time." Amber said smilingly

"I'll send all four of your names. Get home and start packing whatever you need. I'm not sure how long you guys will be gone. But just be ready. Oh and Lark will meet you guys at the other side. Now get going." Amber said as they all left the office
