Hannah's POV - I was in my room, trying to figure out what book to read, or what song to sing, to pass the time, because let's be honest, nobody wants to go out in the pouring rain, and I didn't want to watch tv or go on my phone, my thoughts were interrupted by my mom yelling, "Hannah there's someone to see you," I paused for a moment, I don't have many friends, and the friends that I have live very far away, I just ignored this thought and went downstairs
As I was getting to the front door, I see a lady wearing a dark navy blue trench coat, black heels and black stockings, and her hair was black and cut in a short length, she then introduced herself, "Hello, Miss.Davis, I'm Miss.Peregrine, pleasure to meet you." She then shook my hand after introducing herself, and then went on to say to me, "Your a Peculiar" I was confused, so I asked, "What's a Peculiar" She said, "A Peculiar is a person with special abilities, each Peculiar has a different ability," I then nodded, she continued, "I have a home for children like you, and a loop, a loop is something that us ymbrynes create, we create it on a safe day, and we live that day over and over, taking care of our children, you peculiars," I simply nodded, and I remained to stay quiet because I was speechless, then she asked something life-changing, "and I invite you to join me on my trip back to Cairnholm, and stay with the rest of the children and I," I was contemplating weather I should go or not, because I have my mom here, but then I would have my kind around me, I then decided that I would go with Miss.Peregrine, it would be better to go somewhere where I was accepted than stay somewhere where I had a lot bad memories and be hated for who I was, so I said to Miss.Peregrine, "Okay, I'll go." She then nodded and told me to pack some bags
I went upstairs and started packing my clothes, my phone, my favorite books, the chronicles of narnia, my Avril Lavigne CD's, and of course, my lamb stuffed animal, I couldn't sleep without it
I came down the stairs and we left on a ship back to Cairnholm.
