Pictures slowly flowing through my head
voices
screaming
words are being said
Visions flash backs driving me insane
memories
dreams
remembering my pain
Fear and frustration playing with my mind
one single person being so unkind
a lifetime of silence doing as I'm told
carrying his secret until I grow old
holding how I feel not letting it show
in my heart my anxiety grows
placing it in a box at the back of my head
never to be mentioned never to be said
