"I guess when I was dead or whatnot he was right there. Waiting on me, he said he see how we are and that you're a good one. He also told me that Clarence wasn't any good so I should stop hanging round him."

"I'm sorry for going to lunch with him."

"Yea me too." She pulled me in laying me beside her. I ran my fingers in her hair

"Ebony your brother Kiwi here." Kellie came in with a arm full of food. The girl can't never get his name right.

"My girl bring on the snacks." Tamia sat up

"Put that down Ms.King." The doctor came in

"Huh, I'm hungry na I been to sleep for 21 days I'm finna eat." 

"You can't eat that."

"Come with that again. I thought you said I can't eat that?"

"You can't, your dinner will be hear around 3."

"Ian eating that shit so cancel ya call. I promise ya if Ian eating that I'm bout to eat something else." She squeezed my thigh and I knew right then what she meant.

"She said what she said." Kellie said eating some skittles. My brother just shook his head. The woman checked Tamia then left.

"Kellie throw that bag, them people got me fucked."

"Tamia The lady said no."

"I thought it was you in here."
