"Watcha doin'?" asked my brother, entering my room with a devilish grin on his face- he had come to spy on me.
I moved to close the yearbook that sat open in front of me- I had been staring at the picture of one particular girl for the last several minutes.
He slapped his hand over one corner of the book, stopping me from my movement. He followed the line of my gaze and his eyes studied the smiling girl in the picture- green eyes, shoulder length brown hair.
"She's pretty," he said eventually, smiling knowingly at me.
I paused, smiling slightly. "You think so?"
There was another pause.
"Yeah."
