Dany

Dany had been dreading the day she had to sit in the pits and watch, men kill each other for sport. She thought it was disgusting. She would have never agreed to it if it hadn't been for Tyrion, he convinced her it was a good idea and Daario helped tip the scaled a little. Her new husband Hizdahr, he was a little arrogant in her opinion but she believed it was because he was one of the leaders of a great house in Mareen. She didn't like Hizdahr but she saw something in him and it interested her, she had seen it when she was intimidating the master into telling her about the sons of the harpy. She was about to push him towards her sons to be burnt and devoured but he did something to surprise her he stood tall and uttered the words 'Valar morghulis' that is the sole reason he was still living he was brave in the face of death and this impressed her but this was then wiped away by the way he acted later. He stood on his knees and begged her to let him live, she was disappointed but they married, all the same, to help with her rule over Mareen and help the people accept her.

The crowds were cheering and applauding, this is what they saw as fun she couldn't understand why people would want to watch people die, let alone for entertainment. She heard footsteps coming behind her. Hizdahr came to sit in the seat beside her she was almost angry at him for being late and the tone of her voice told him so. "Where have you been?" She asked Tyrion seemed to be as curious from his seat next to her 'husband'. Daario was standing behind her with Ser barrister, Ahsara was sat to her right with Missandei sitting on a smaller seat just ahead.

Hizdahr didn't look at her, he placed his hands on his lap and held a pretentious smirk on his face as he overlooked the arena, filled with a boisterous crowd. "Just making sure everything is in order" He reciprocated, as he adjusted his robes.

Ashara rolled her eyes for her so she didn't have to, she had never liked the man. She didn't like him either she had voiced it several times along with Arianne who sat just to the left of her, her eyes trained ahead on the arena. She could tell she wasn't really bothered about the whole thing, she would rather be doing other things. And when she says other things she means Daario.

Before she could answer a man entered the arena, dressed in fine silks, his hair was long and came to his shoulder his beard long and bushy. He raised his hand and spun, the crowd sat as his hand faced in their direction. He had a lot of power and respect over the people it seemed and Dany would be envious if she wasn't concerned about what was about to happen. "By the blessing of the graces, and her majesty the queen. Welcome... to the great games!" His voice was loud and projected over the whole arena, which grew silent for the first time. He raised his arms in celebration and the crowd bounced to their feet, cheering and applauding as two tributes made there way into the arena.

One was robust and tall, his shoulders broad and wide, his sword matching his stature. The other was smaller, his hair longer. As he stood at his opponent's side he looked to be nothing but a child. "My Queen, our first contest!" The man was looking straight at her as each of the men stood at both of his sides. "Who will triumph the strong, or the quick?". The crowd erupted into a louder more immense cheer as the stronger man stepped forward showing who they expected to win.
