Towa had no plans for his future. None at all. He was kind of known to be a simple guy, dimwitted maybe, and he didn't like to look into the future that he couldn't control. Things come and go, relationships are created and destroyed. Life happened, it wasn't planned.
But, also, his relationship with Mikado seemed to last an awful lot; not that he minded, but it wasn't necessary giving him the option to experiment in his youth. Was he going to break up with him because of that? No. Who knew, maybe he would have a chance of that later.
