Erika's POV
I wake up and I go wake Morgan up and I do my morning routine and I head downstairs to where my dad is in the kitchen
E- hey dad
D- morning erika
E- I'm heading to school
D- okay love you
E- love you too
D- oh and we have a dinner with a friend of mine and her son
E- oh okay
D-bye
E- bye
I head to my Jeep after getting my shoes on. I drive to school and I park. After I park I grab my backpack and make my way inside. I feel a presents beside me and its that kid Matt.
M- are you free tonight
E- nope
M- can you make time
E- can't
M- come on babe
E- don't call me that
I hear people talking about Jake as he walks in the doors behind me. I don't even have to look behind me to know that he's behind us.
M- why won't you go out with me
E- because your ugly and a dumbass
M- I like girls like you
E- well go find someone else
M- I'm good
I go to my locker and I open it up putting my things in there and taking my books out for the period
M- your very organized
E- can you leave
M- why
E- mark maks whatever your name is just leave
J- leave her for once
I look back and Jake stands there with his leather jacket on with a white shirt and jeans. He grabs Matt and brings him around the corner And I leave not wanting to deal with that. I had no time to meet up with the girls so I go to English and meet them there.
Jakes POV
I get to English 20 minutes late and I walk in with the boys behind me
Te- where were you boys
J- oh they were selling condoms in the forum and we just had to buy them all
Te- stop lying and sit down
J- oh shit he caught us we have to ditch
Chance pulls me back and leads up to our chairs. I look behind me and wink at erika. I sit down and I blank out and stair at the ceiling. The class ends and I go to science and then history and then lunch and then gym. I realize that Erika and all her friends were in all of my classes. I drive home and see my mom is here. That's really weird she's never home like this early
J- hey mom
P- hey hun go change into something nice we are going to my friends house for dinner.
J- oh do I have to go
P- yes
J- ugh
I just Change my jeans into black tight ones and change my white shirt to a clean one and then I put my leather jacket on. I head downstairs and my mom tells me to hurry up and get in the car.
J- I'm taking my bike I'll follow you
She grabs her keys and heads outside into her car . I grab my lanyard and Helmet and I go outside and get on my bike. I pull out the driveway and I follow my mom to the house. We pull up and it's a pretty big house. I put my helmet on the seat And I wait for my mom to walk up the door. I stand behind her as I fix up my hair. The door opens and my mom hugs him
P- Jake this is dan
I shake his hand and he lets us in
D- Erika Morgan
E- coming
I hear footsteps coming down the stairs And two bodies appears on the last step
D- Erika Morgan this is Jake
M- hi
E- *smiles*
Your kidding me. I'm here. At her house. This might be awkward because I've helped her get matt off of her.
D- why don't you kids go in the backyard or something and then come back when you guys want to eat
Morgan runs off somewhere. Erika gets off the steps and I guess leads the way outside. She opens the sliding door and walks out. I close it and follow her onto a trail that I think wraps around the property
E- thanks for helping me with Matt
J- oh yeah no problem any way for me to get into a fight I'm down *chuckles*
I take my juul out and put it in my mouth and take a couple puffs
J- is it just you two or are there more people
E- my dad died in a car accident when I was fourteen and I have Morgan she's 14
J- oh shit my bad
E- no your fine how bout you
J- just me and her my dad kinda just disappeared because of drugs and alcohol. That's why I don't do that stuff because I'm scared I'm going to do something to my mom and then not be able to see her
J- I'm sorry I don't know why I told you
E- no it's fine. Jake Paul the bad kid went soft for a minute *smiles*
J- *chuckles* shut up.
I look beside me and she looks up to me. Her green eyes sparkle as she looks at me. I look down and kick rocks
Erika's POV
I watch As jake kicks rocks with his feet
E- do you know what you want to do after school
J- no it's not really something I've thought of, you?
E- probably something business
I look to Jake and he fixes his hair
J- where did your sister go
E- no idea
E- maybe we should head inside
I start to walk back to the house and I look beside me to see no one. I look behind me and Jakes looking at me walk away. I get to the house and the plates of food are getting set on the table. Soon Jake walks in and we all sit down at the table
