Next Tuesday
Erika's POV
I lay in my bed until my door swings open and there stands my dad.
D- I got a text from Pam and it's not a good idea to be with that boy
E- you can't do that
D- well I just did
E- he's different around me
D- he's a bad kid
E- okay?
D- you are the good kid you shouldn't be with him
E- whatever
D- when he gets out I don't want you near him or I'll move you to another school
E- that's-
D- don't argue back
E- fine
He leaves and Morgan walks in.
M- December first Christmas in 24 days
E- wow good math
M- thanks I'm really-
E- I'm being sarcastic
M- oh
E- you actually thought I was being serious? *Laughs*
M- *laughs* yeah
E- your so stupid but I still love you
Me and Morgan hang out for the rest of the night and go to sleep
Jakes POV
I sit at the table with a Chance Anthony Thomas and nick
C- dude when we get out of here your buying us lunch for the rest of the year
J- fine I did say I was going to repay you guys
An- we have like 11 weeks in here and I'm gonna kill my self before then
T- hey you guys get out in three months me and nick are in here for two years
J- at least since we are here we can work out
C- your already muscle man what else can you do
J- make them bigger
Erika's POV
I get up and head to school. Me and Morgan part ways as I say goodbye to her and I bump into a guy.
?- oh shit my bad, I'm new and I was just trying to find my classes
E- I can help you if you want
?- if you don't mind
E- not at all. I'm erika
?-Patrick
We find his locker and he's in all my class except for gym. So I help him find his last class. The bell rings and we head to first period. The girls sit it front of me and Patrick sits beside me. The teacher gives us a note and me and Patrick talk the whole time in all of our classes. He sat with us at lunch and we all got along really good. We part ways and head to the girls change room.
Jakes POV
I lift my weights outside till I hear my name being called by Trevor. I put the weights down and face him
J- yo
T- we playing cards
J- one sec
I lift for a little bit longer and go to the boys and wait for the next round to start so I could get it. I get in the game and just beat everyone's butts
C- next time we ain't calling you over to play
An- I don't get how good he is
J- I'm just a beast
N- slow down there
T- *laughs*
We all head back inside to eat and get ready for bed
?- on someone's tray in there chips should be something for me. Don't give it to me I'll beat your ass
I eat my food except for the chips. I get up and go to the trash
?- is there something in your chips
I ignore him and dump it in the trash and put the tray on the table with the others. I turn around and there stands the big guy. The head of everything in here.
J- Reese there was nothing in there
R- did you check
J- no
R- then how do you know it's not in there
J- it's just not
I get a punch to the side of my head and I remember falling to the ground
6 hours later
Jakes POV
I wake up in a different room with my hands cuffed and ankles.
J- hello
A nurse comes in and introduces herself as Megan
M- how's the head
J- I think I'm good
M- you got a black eye and busted lip he got you a couple times when you were out
J- oh
M- you good to go back?
J- yeah
She gets them to come and bring me back. I go sit at our table
C- dude you good
J- yea
T- him and his gang got caught with drugs and got moved to another block. Your the biggest guy here so it's all yours
J- nah
An- dude that's the rule in here biggest guy
J- no its ours not just mine. Us five run this thing now.
We all play a couple games of cards until we all go to sleep.
Erika's POV
I get home from the girls house and go into my room. I throw my bag on the ground and I go to the left side of my bed and see Jakes bag. I put all of his things in it and I put it near the door so I can go bring it to Pam or my dad will because he's been on my case since he got back. I get ready for bed and then go to sleep at 12.
