Rhiana is a 15 year old tomboy Latina who can speak fluent Spanish and who was kate's childhood friend and best friend before she had to move away to Scotland and she missed kate deeply
After 10 years Rhiana moved back to Arcadia and attended Arcadia Oaks high where she sees kate, instantly recognises her and reunites with her after 10 years of being away from each other.
Rhiana always had a little crush on kate and still has one on her

She also had a crush on Kate's brother which kate didn't like at all
She met Kate's other friends, krel and aja and she gains a little crush on aja as well
