Ch. 9 "Elijah Part 2"

I'm still in the corner staying hidden like Elena told me to, 

"We have a long journey head of us, we should be going," Elijah said 

Elena looks at Rose,

"Please, don't let him take me," She said 

"One last piece of business and we're done," Elijah said 

He turns toward Trevor 

"I've waited so long for the day, Elijah I'm truly, very sorry," Trevor said 

"Oh no, your apology's not necessary," Elijah said 

"Yes, yes it is.. you trusted me with Katerina and I failed you," Trevor said 

"Oh yes, you are the guilty one and Rose aided you because she was loyal to you and that now I honor where was your loyalty?" Elijah said 

"I beg your forgiveness," Trevor said 

"So granted," Elijah said 

Trevor smiles but Elijah smacks Trevor's head clean off his body, Rose cries, Elena is shocked I cover my mouth avoiding any attention from the man,

"You...!" Rose said upset

"Don't Rose, now that you are free."Elijah said 

He looks at Elena 

"Come," He said 

"No what about the moonstone?" Elena said 

"What do you know about the Moonstone?" Elijah said 

"I know that you need it and I know where it is," Elena said 

"Yes?" Elijah said 

"I can help you get it," Elena said 

"Tell me where it is," Elijah said 

"It doesn't work that way," Elena said 

"Are you negotiating with me?" Elijah said sounding amused 

He looks at Rose 

"It's the first I've heard of it," Rose said upset 

He tries to Compel Elena 

"What is this Vervain doing around your neck?" Elijah said 

he rips Elena's neckless off her neck 

"Tell me where the moonstone is," He said 

"In the tomb, underneath the church ruins," Elena said 

"What's it doing there?" He asked 

"It's with Katherine," Elena said 

"Interesting," He said 

Okay that's it I've heard enough I rush in front of Elena blocking him from her I look up at him glaring,

"Why don't you bully someone else," I said with a bit of a attitude 

"And who might you be?" He said looking down at me then at Rose 

"She was collateral," Rose said 

"Kylie I told you to stay hidden," Elena said 

"Why so he can bully you," I said Looking over my shoulder at her

he takes in my smell, 

"You have no idea what you stumbled upon, have you?" He said looking at Rose with interest 

He got down to my level,

"What's your name little one?" He said smiling at me kindly 

"Kylie.." I said looking at him shocked at the sorrow he was showing me 

then we hear breaking glass from upstairs, 

"What was that?" Elijah asked 

"I don't know." Rose said 

"Who else is in the house?" He asked 

"I don't know," Rose said again 

He grabs me and Elena, we go in another part of the house we hear movement, I smell Stefan and Damon I smirked He shoves me and Elena to Rose I cling to Rose as she hugs me into her hip,

"Rose." Elijah said 

"I don't know who it is," She said 

"Up here," I hear Stefan say 

Elijah rushes up the stairs with his super speed,

Next thing I know Me and Rose are pressed up against a wall hidden from Elijah Damon has his hand over her mouth motioning her to be quiet,

"Excuse me to whom it may concern you're making a great mistake if you think that you can beat me you can't, do you hear that?" Elijah said 

"I repeat, you cannot beat me so I want the girl and Child I'm gonna count to three or heads will roll do we understand each other?" Elijah said 

Why has this guy gotten under my skin so bad? I thought as I clung to Rose

"I'll come with you just please don't my friends they just wanted to help me out," I heard Elena say 

"What game are you playing with me?" Elijah said 

I hear a tussle next thing I know Rose is gone,

"Just let her go," Elena said 

I walk out from my hidden spot 

"Hey... umm can you guys take me home?" I said looking up at them Tiredly 

"Sure thing tiny," Damon said smiling at me 

"Stefan got down to my level, are you hurt?" He asked 

"No, I'm fine," I said 

He nodded with that the four of us left the house
