Ch. 20 "The last Dance"

                                                    Third Person POV

Klaus in Alaric's body,

"Oh! who is this guy, Safari Sam?" Klaus said as he shows Katherine some shirts 

"Okay, Bad, or Badder?" He asked 

"The dark colors suit you better," Katherine said 

"Oh, thank you, honey, Okay, pop quiz the dagger and white as are in the Salvatores'  Possession, correct?" He said 

"The dagger was used to kill Elijah, you'll find him in the basement of the Salvatore house," Katherine said 

"Okay, that dagger needs to stay exactly where it is, the last thin I need to do is resurrect Elijah, Oh that guy is a buzzkill," Klaus said 

"Don't forget you're on the outs with your girlfriend Jenna," Katherine said 

"Right, Elena's aunt for all the lies about Isobel, what else?" Klaus said 

"There's a kid," Katherine said 

"Kid?" Klaus said confused 

"Her name is Kylie, and she's smarter than your average eleven year old, I don't know what she is, but everyone seems to care about her including Elijah" Katherine said 

 "Hmm interesting," Klaus said 

"What else?" He said 

"That's it," Katherine said 

He gets closer to her and touches her face she flinches,

"Oh, so jumpy," Klaus said 

"Please, Just... kill me I've told you everting I know," Katherine said 

Klaus puts his hands on the armrest that Katherine is tied in and looks her in the face,

"You see, I believe that you believe that, but what would you not know? what could they be keeping from you? Hmmm? Anything? tell me," Klaus said 

She looks at him and he compels her,

"They were trying to see if Bonnie could find a way to kill an Original without a dagger," Katherine said 

"Bonnie the best friend? I thought you said she didn't have her powers anymore?" Klaus said 

"She doesn't or didn't I don't know you kidnapped me remember? I'm kinda out of the loop," Katherine said 

"Well, we'll have to get to the bottom of that," Klaus said 

"Please, just kill me, Klaus, and be done with it," Katherine said 

"And show you kindness? I've searched for you for over 500 years, your death is going to last at least half that long," Klaus said 

He takes a single blade pocketknife from his pocket and opens it and hands it to Katherine 

"I want you to take this knife...and stab yourself," Klaus said 

she take the knife and stabs herself in the thigh,

"Now take it out," Klaus said 

She takes it out her wound heals,

"Now while I'm gone, I want you to do that over and over and over again and if you get bored switch legs," Klaus said 

"where are you going?" Katherine asked 

"I'm gonna go lay eyes on my precious doppelgänger and this precious kid," Klaus said 

he kisses her on the forehead,

"Oh, don't look so glum, Katerina the fun is just beginning again," Klaus said leaving,

                                                Kylie POV

Damon told me I was out for a few days I still haven't been feeling myself I thought 

I'm sitting indian style on the couch as I'm listening to everyone talk about what happened, I'm wearing tore light blue jeans a black tee and a jean jacket and grey convers 

"So we go to the dance we find him," Damon said 

"Really? how are we going to do that? we don't even know what he looks like," Stefan said 

"Something tells me he's not going to be sixteen and pimply," Damon said 

"Way to state the obvious," I said 

everyone chuckled 

"Oh you be quiet tiny," Damon said 

I just shrug 

"He could be anywhere at any time he compelled somebody at school," Stefan said 

He looks at Elena and Bonnie 

"I guess it's not as safe as you guys thought, huh?" Stefan said 

Someone knocks on the door it was Alaric 

He smells differen I thought not making eye contact,

"There you are," Damon said 

"Sorry I'm late," Rick said 

"Hey, I need you to put me down as a chaperone at the dance tonight, Klaus made his first move," Damon said 

"Okay, so we find him and then what, hmm? what's our plan of attack?" Elena asked 

"Me, I'm the plan, he has no idea how much power I can channel if you can find him I can kill him," Bonnie said 

"That's not going to be that easy I mean, he is the biggest, baddest vampire around," Rick said 

"Alaric has a point, I mean what if he..." Damon said 

he rushes at Bonnie but she throws him to the other side of the room with her powers without touching him 

"Haha, oh please do that again," I said laughing 

Damon glared at me 

"Well, I was impressed," Stefan said 

"It doesn't matter if he's an Original I can take down anyone who comes at me I can kill him, Elena I know I can," Bonnie said 

I raise my hand,

"Just putting this out there If Klaus is an Original like everyone is saying, he's the oldest vampire, isn't he gonna see an attack coming from a mile away?" I said 

"No way," Damon said 

"Were ready," Bonnie said 

"If you say so," I said 

"How did I let you guys Rope me into this again?" I asked as I walked along side Damon

"Because you love us," Damon said smirking 

"I hate you..." I said 

he chuckled 

"Let's get this over with," I said
