i'm nervous for seth to get home. i have to tell him that i'm pregnant.

we've been trying for the past couple months but nothing worked.

i've always been scared to be pregnant again. i had a miscarriage with seth a couple years ago.

he pulled in the driveway and came into the house.

"where are you babe?" he called out.

"up here in our bedroom." i say back.

he comes into the room and sits down in the bed.

"what did you want to take about babe?"

i sigh and sit down next to him.

"i-i'm pregnant again."

a huge grin makes its way onto seth's face. but it disappears once he sees my expression.

"are you not happy babe?"

"no, i'm happy but what if it happens again?"

his expression goes grim as he knows exactly what i'm talking about.

"babe, it won't. i promise you."

"how do you know?"

"i don't but i have faith in you, your body, and our new little addition."

i sign contentedly and kiss him.

"this is why i love you baby." i say resting my head in his shoulder.

i giggle at his silliness as we watch netflix movies the rest of the day.
