First method:
What you'll need:
-A kitchen knife
-blanket
At midnight grab a kitchen knife then cover yourself under a blanket. Make sure the moonlight shines through your window and that no body is awake.
Point the tip of the knife at your heart and chant 3x
"Jeff The Killer"
You'll hear a voice that says " Go To Sleep". Open your eyes and you'll see him pushing your hand holding the knife into your heart.

Second Method
What you'll need:
-A closet
Go into your closet and sit down crossed legged.
close your eyes and while rocking your head back and forth chant 3x
"Hes in here with me"
After that say "Jeff The Killer" And open your eyes and he should be in there with you chanting to harm you. You have to then stand up and compliment him to survive.
(It works better if your hair color is Black or Brown)
