At 8:00PM go to the park and sit down on a bench alone and say "Here kitty kitty" while acting any way you do to attract something. You will hear a rustle from a bush or plant. When you hear that close your eyes and don't open them until you get out of the park. You will then not see him but he will always be stalking you until he gets bored.
