Thomas Barrow was walking to the kitchen when William walks up to him and says, "Another letter for you Thomas. It looks to be a female's handwriting."

"William do shut up." Thomas snaps. His face showing zero emotion, but his eyes had slight anger. Thomas opens the letter and reads it. The woman, who was the only mother figure he had passed away. He knew she was sick, just not that sick.

"Are you alright Thomas?" William asks seeing him all of a sudden look crestfallen.

"I'm fine." He says and walks away to his room. Thomas sits at his desk and instantly write his reply.

Dear Ellie,

We desperately need a new maid. I will tell Mrs. Patmore about you asking to be a maid, as well as your sister, she can come as well. Come as soon as you can. I hope to see you when you get there.

With love,

Tommy.

He sighs sadly and walks to the kitchen to tell Mrs. Patmore about their new maid.
