"Babe that you?!" Jungkook called from the kitchen when he heard the front door open.

Instead of getting a response the door closed and he heard footsteps walking behind him. Arms wrapped around his tiny asf waist and a kiss was placed on his nape.

"Hi bun." Taehyung mumbled against Jungkook's skin.

"Hey baby, how was patrol?" Jungkook washed the dishes as his mate held him close.

"Tiring, Namjoon, Yoongi and I ran into rouges. We chased them off our territory but they cursed us like some Disney villain and swore to take revenge." Taehyung rolled his eyes and Jungkook giggled at the last part.

"You're not hurt right? Let me see you." Jungkook rinsed off his soapy hands and turned around, still in Taehyung's hold.

Jungkook gasped when he saw the state his mate was in. The blonde had a purple bruise over his eye swelling up horribly. He had a split on his lower lip with dried blood over the cut and he had a slit just above his cheek bone, blood still dripping down. Jungkook doesn't even want to imagine how badly bruised the rest of his body is.

"You look horrible!" Jungkook covered his mouth in shock.

"Thanks babe, just the words I want to hear from the love of my life." Sarcasm was laced on each word that slipped out Taehyung mouth.

"Shut up. Let me run you a warm bath and clean up your wounds." Jungkook slipped out of arms and went to the bathroom.

"This will all heal in a few hours bun you don't have to do." Taehyung sighed following Jungkook into their bathroom.

Jungkook ignored him and started fill the tub with warm water. "Get undress." Jungkook demanded as he added strawberry bubble bath into the tub.

"Buy me dinner first." Taehyung teased and the brunette glared at him. "Taking off my clothes." Taehyung chuckled nervously. The older got nakey, nakey, naked and waited for further instructions like a good boy.

Jungkook added crazy amounts of products in the tub to make it the most comfortable thing possible for his mate.

"Okay, get in." Jungkook turned away from the bath and faced Taehyung. He gasped at the sight in front of him. Taehyung's body looked like it was hit by a car.

"Why are you gasping like you're seeing it for the first time, you already knew I was big." Taehyung smirked and Jungkook blushed.

"Cocky little shit. Get in the bath before I add more bruises to your collection." Jungkook grumbled. Taehyung laughed and did as told.

Jungkook got the first aid kit and crouched down by the bath so he could clean up Taehyung's face.

"Of all things, you just had to harm one of my favorite parts of your body." Jungkook tched cleaning up the dried blood on the blonde's lower lip.

"M'sorry baby. I told them not the face but they didn't listen." Taehyung hissed when Jungkook applied hydrogen peroxide to clean the cut on his cheekbone.

"I'm sure you did." Jungkook was extremely focused on cleaning Taehyung's face so nothing would get infected. He had his tongue poking out his lips and his eyebrows furrowed together. Taehyung was cooing at his mate's concentration.

"I love you." Taehyung told Jungkook looking at him with heart eyes.

"I love you too." Jungkook replied as instinct instead of actual love, he was too focused to really give any emotion. Taehyung chuckled at the brunette.
