But it can affect someone's future in so many ways.
You want to close the door?
Shut away the past so you don't feel mentally poor?
Then go ahead, and do it.
Close yourself off from the world,
If you feel it's best,
Why continuously put your sanity to the test?
You've been hurt too many times before,
And everyone has made loving you a chore.
You have the right to shut the door.
People have abused you to the core,
But I'll be honest with you,
We don't want to lose you, and that's true.
Another good soul doesn't need to bleed out.
We want you on this earth,
