Raven's POV

"Why did you beat up Sabrina?" Chris asks as he wipes my hands down.

"She came at me," I explain. "I was walking to the Walmart from Ricky's house cuz we were hanging out, and she jumped on my back and started beating on me. What else was I supposed to do other than beat her ass?"

Chris smirked a shook his head. "Wow, Rave. I'm not surprised. I can't believe she would do that to you, though."

He sounded mad, so I placed my hand on his arm. "It's okay."

He shook his head. "No, it's not. You didn't deserve that! She's just jealous because I'd rather be with you than her, and-"

"You'd rather be with me?"

"I would choose you over anyone," he said quietly.

I smiled and pecked him on the lips. He blushed a bit and I giggled. "I would choose you, too."

"Really?"

I nodded. "Really."

"Does your head hurt? Where did she hit you?" He asks.

"The back of my head, so it's kinda hurting a bit."

He walks into his kitchen and opens his cupboard. He comes back over and hands me a bottle of Aspirin. I thank him and swallow two of the pills.

"You can stay here for the night," Chris offers.

"Thanks."

I grab the soft, black blanket on the back of his couch. It then hits me. "Is this my old blanket that I used to have at the foot of my bed?"

He scratches the back of his neck. "Uh, well, yeah."

I wrap it around myself. "Thanks for keeping it safe, Chris."

"Anytime." He sits down next to me. "You should probably call Ricky so he isn't worried."

"Oh, yeah." I pull out my phone and dial his number.

"Hello?" He says.

"Hey, I'm at Chris's. Sabrina and I got into a fight, but-"

"Really? That bitch! Are you okay? I'm on my way over!"

I was about to explain that it wasn't that bad, but he hung up the phone and I sighed. "Well, Rick's on his way."

Chris furrowed his eyebrows. "Why?"

"He wouldn't let me explain myself about the fight. He's acting as if I'm on my deathbed." I laugh. "He's so dramatic."

"I'm happy you two bonded," he said.

"Me too."

"Raven, I have a question."

I took that as my cue to move so I was sitting in front of him, looking into his big, brown eyes. I could tell he wanted to have a serious conversation.

"Birdy, I've known you since you were six. We did everything together. You've always meant the world to me.

"When you left, I didn't know how to react. I cried for a few days. Angelo couldn't get me out of my apartment. But, then I realized. You didn't want to leave me. You wanted to leave your memories.

"I was wrong to never call. Never text or visit. I really should've, and I regret not doing it. I'm happy that we were forced to meet once again, and that you agreed to go out with me and accept me back into your life.

"Raven, you're so kind and beautiful. You have a huge heart and ... and I want to know if you'll be my girlfriend?"

My face probably turned as red as a cherry, but nonetheless, I smiled and said, "of course."

Aww so cute lol. The concert was fun too. I met Chris, Justin, Vinny, and AJ. They're so awesome!
