Depression. Yes. Everyone has at least heard of this, I think. It's very very common, I feel like. Still, here's a breif break down just in case.
✑ Depression according to google is "A mental health disorder characterized by persistently depressed mood or loss of interest in activities, causing significant impairment in daily life."
✑ It can cause immense apathy, anger, sadness, mood swings, etc.
✑ In the US alone there are more than 3 million cases of depression per year
There is of course a lot more to it than this, but again this is not a book for education. It's just my experience and story with depression.
So, that's what I'll be talking about under this category. Sorry, this intro is very rushed, but as I'm writing this I have a headache and thinking is hard...
