Heya peeps I'm back! Idk what to say so here is chapter 15.
Tyrell's POV
So we're heading to my place. We're halfway there. It's been quiet there's a light, cool breeze. Elliot is talking with Darlene and Joanna. I'm walking behind them. Elliot stops and they continue walking.
"Hey um Tyrell?" Elliot walks beside me.
"Yeah?"
"You think this is actually a good idea?" He pauses for a bit. "You know? Me staying at your place? Will your parents mind?" He seems quite nervous he's fidgeting a bit.
"No. They wouldn't mind at all Elliot. My dad is hardly home and my mother just stays with my two younger brother. Why do you ask?" I look at Elliot he's looking straight ahead.
"Um nothing I'm just curious." He looks down at his feet sad.
"Hey you okay?" I nudge him with my shoulder.
"I'm just very scared. What if my parents do something to Darlene and I'm not there to stop them?" We walk a little slowly so the girls wouldn't hear us.
"Well Elliot. If you don't wanna stay at my place I can stay at yours."
"No that's a terrible idea. My mom is gonna see you and like she'll flip out." I look down at my feet.
"Well maybe I can sneak in?" I look at Elliot and he's looking at me in shock.
"Um. No. She'll see you Tyrell. You know what I'll just stay at my place. If shit gets worse then I'll maybe just I don't know." Elliot looks back at his feet.
"Okay if it gets bad. You'll stay at mine and we'll somehow convince Darlene to come." I look straight towards us and I realize we're in my neighborhood.
"Okay." Elliot mumbles.
Elliot's POV
So like I have no idea what I should do. But since we agreed I stay at my place and if shit gets outta control I'll stay at Tyrell's.
I know you all are wondering why don't I report my parents to the police? Well it's beacuse me and Darlene have no other family besides my mom and dad. So we'll have to be placed in an orphanage and like I don't wanna put Darlene into that. She has friends here and I actually kind of like it here.
The day went by. Me and Tyrell exchanged glances at eachother the whole day. We really didn't do much. Just watch movies, eat snacks, and by the time it was 7pm me and Darlene had to get home. Now we're outside Tyrell's house saying our goodbyes.
