Inko Midoriya:
Quirk name: the angel's spellbook
Info: manifest as a book with a white cover with golden markings with Celtic writing. Has healing spells, barrier/shield spells, has medicine recipes, and can infused items with her spells.
Things to note: cannot use her healing spells on herself.
Since her spells come from a quirk she can only use what's in her own
spellbook not anyone else's. (Same with Izuku since these are quirks not actually magical power they won't be able to use spells from each other's spellbooks. Heal was an exception since they both have that spell in their books).
